Meditation: A Doorway Into Your Inner Garden

We all have an Inner Garden, a beautiful place of peace and calm where we can retreat from the distractions of the outer world. Jesus said, The Kingdom of God is within you; and Seek ye first the kingdom of God. Through the ages men and women have sought and found this inner kingdom of happiness through some form of meditation.
We recognize the fact that there are many different ways to still the mind and achieve a lasting sense of peace and fulfillment. For some, sitting in silence allows for inner communion while for others walking, cycling or swimming long distances offers the same intangible yet indescribable results.

Meditation is not a means to an end.
It is both the means and the end.

Krishnamurti

Whoever you are and whether you meditate regularly or not, we would like to share with you a few of the meditations from White Eagle's book The Still Voice. Not only are these meditations simple and enjoyable to read, but they also enourage you to use your higher, creative mind to visualize or create symbols of beauty, which help to still the busy mind and withdraw the consciousness from the outward form to the inner reality of the spirit, to utter stillness and awareness of God.
For those of you who enjoy these meditations and would like to find out more about other White Eagle publications, we encourage you to contact The White Eagle Publishing Trust.

People who want to feel relaxed and confident.
People who want to reduce stress in their lives.
People who want to soar beyond the everyday boundaries of life and experience.
People who want to experience planes of existence most people never reach.
People who want to get to know their true self.
People who worry a lot.
People who are always on the go.
People who feel tired or overworked.
People who are anxious or blue.
People who feel like they never have a minute to themselves.
